  • Items must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging and tags.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

3. Refunds

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

6. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as final sale or customized cannot be returned or refunded.
